Each week we will explore different Meditation & Relaxation techniques, enabling you to find one or more that work for you and your lifestyle. Some practices are as short as a 30-second reset, others expand to give you the space and the stillness that you need.
There is a meditation for everyone and it can be as simple as a breath away. During the four sessions you will find all that you need to start your own Meditation & Relaxation practice.
